On placing an order, you will receive an email stating that the order has been ‘processed’, ’declined’ or ’cancelled’. This preliminary email does not guarantee delivery of the goods. Goods are only confirmed as shipped when you receive a ‘completed’ email, meaning your order has been dispatched.We mainly deliver within the UK, but we also offer international delivery to Europe and the US. The website will show carriage costs for international delivery, once you have entered your postal address. In some circumstances if for any reason the shipping has been calculated inaccurately due to reasons of location or anything outside our control, we will inform you and propose a solution. Once received, your order is put together by our dedicated staff. Orders are generally dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier. Royal Mail recorded or Couriers will require a signature, and will deliver between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only. Please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours. We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it. Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple dispatches (e.g. due to stock levels, difficult to package goods, etc.). Every effort will be made to deliver within the time stated. We have a total satisfaction guarantee policy. If for any reason you are not happy with a product please let us know within 3 days of its arrival by phone. Goods must be returned within 7 days of its arrival in their original packaging and have not been tampered with in any way.
