Altwood Skincare Delivery Policy

Delivery Options:

FREE Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days)

We give you FREE Standard Delivery on all Altwood Skincare orders (2 to 5 working days). Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow your the progress of your order (seeTracking My Order) .

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day (subject to stock availabitliy).

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day.

Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.

**If for some unforseen reason we cannot dispatch you order for next day delivery we will inform you either by phone or e-mail, by 3pm on the day you place your order,using the details you provide us with.

International & Europe Delivery (7 to 14 Working Days)

Orders to International and European destinations are dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For Service. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). Please be aware that you will be required to sign for the pacel.

Packaging :

All Orders are packaged securely so that your products reach you in a pristeen condition. Please be sure to check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives and ensure that you have checked all the contents against your enclosed invoice.

 Delivery Terms and Conditions :

• Although Postage is FREE (Standard Delivery), if your order is returned to us by Royal Mail because either you have failed to collect or re-arrange delivery for your item or you have provided us with an innaccurate delivery address, a handling charge of £2.95 may be payable.
• Delivery confirmation is provided to us for every order by Royal Mail.

General Tips and Advice:

If a signature is required for your parcel and you are not available to sign, Royal Mail will leave a "while you were out" card with instructions on where to collect your parcel or how to re-arrange delivery.

Inaccuracies in the delivery details you provide us with may delay the dispatch and delivery of your order.
